NDA & PRIVACY DISCRETION PROTOCOL
PRIVACY POLICY.
At NEXUS, we operate under strict client anonymity standards. Mutual NDAs are executed prior to reviewing proprietary source code or data schemas.
1. ZERO PUBLIC CLIENT EXPOSURE
We never publish your codebase, API keys, customer databases, or financial numbers without explicit written authorization. All client identity references remain completely scrubbed or pseudonymized.
2. MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS (NDA)
Before any deep technical discovery or repository access is granted, both parties sign a legally binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement safeguarding proprietary IP and business intelligence.
3. DATA RETENTION & DESTRUCTION
Upon contract completion or termination, all transient build artifacts, staging databases, and credentials are permanently purged from our encrypted Nagpur HQ runners.
